Since the Extreme Earpiece uses a discreet wire leading directly to a speaker inserted within your ear rather than a traditional acoustic tube, you’ll notice a significant jump in volume and less weight pulling on your outer ear. The harness splits into two at the PTT/microphone, allowing the cable to be concealed under clothing with the earpiece running discreetly from the back of a collar or t-shirt.
