Account Customers:

Our freight cut-off is 2pm ACST. Goods that are in stock for orders received prior to 2pm Monday - Friday will ship same day. However for orders recieved after 2pm ACST, goods will ship next business day.

Cash Sales:

Once payment has cleared into our bank account, goods that are in stock will dispatch same day where possible or next business day where freight cut-off is missed.

Shipping Choices (Australia Only)

Option 1: Freight with authority to leave if unattended -Risk accepted by buyer.

All delivery risk is accepted by the buyer, while we will do all we can to assist in investigations, the buyer accepts that goods left at a location that is unattended are not the responsibility of CRS Accessories.

Option 2: Freight with Signature.

The carrier has been instructed to only release the goods upon collecting a proof of delivery signature from the buyer. This shipping option ensures goods are received by the buyer. In the event goods cannot be delivered a redelivery attempt may occur or the goods may be returned to CRS Accessories. At CRS Accessories sole discretion, additional charges may be incurred by the buyer for redelivery.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
