Environmental Test

Low Temperature Storage Test 1. The tested units shall be kept for 24 hours in the environment chamber which is set to the temperature conditions of -40 centigrade.

2. The tested units shall be measured for performance by Electric Sound Device Analyzer tester after leaving the tested units at normal temperature for 5 hours.

3. The changes of Speaker and Microphone sensitivity should not be more then 3dB, compared to the initial level; without deformation, cracking undesirable phenomena.

High Temperature Storage Test 1. The tested units shall be kept for 24 hours in the environmental chamber which is set to the temperature of 55 centigrade.

2. The tested units shall be measured for performance by Electric Sound Device Analyzer tester after leaving the tested units at normal temperature for 5 hours.

3. The changes of Speaker and Microphone sensitivity should not be more than 3dB, compared to the initial level; without deformation, cracking undesirable phenomena.

Drop Test (Finished Protect) 1. Height of drop: 152.4cm.

2. Times of drop: 10 times.

3. Opertating of drop: Take the headband, free-fall

4. The tested units should not become detached except the cushions and sponges, any part should not be cracked, and communication function should not be damaged.
